Norway will compete at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, People's Republic of China. This is a list of all of the Norwegian athletes who have qualified for the Olympics.
On 10 June, the NOC selected 50 athletes for the Olympic Games.[1]

Listed in brackets are the events at which the athlete has met the international A qualifying standard.

Eirik Verås Larsen is selected to fill the quota place on the men's K-1 1000m.

- Men's Road Race: 4 places. Kurt Asle Arvesen, Edvald Boasson Hagen and Thor Hushovd have been selected.
- Women's Road Race: 1 place. No one officially selected.
- Women's Mountainbike: 2 places. Lene Byberg and Gunn-Rita Dahle Flesjå have been selected.

- Norway's team is qualified for the jumping event. Morten Djupvik, Stein Endresen, Tony Andre Hansen and Geir Gulliksen have been selected. One reserve is to be announced at a later date.

- The women's team is qualified due to their semi-final placing in the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup.
- The men's Under-21 team failed to qualify after drawing with Bosnia-Herzegovina and losing to Armenia in the first qualifying stage.

- The women's team is qualified due to winning the European Championships.
- The men's team failed to qualify, finishing third in the final Olympic qualifying tournament after a draw with Tunisia and losses to France and Spain.
