Northern Records is an independent record label located in California. It was founded in 1999. It is currently being distributed in the United States and Canada by RED Distribution (Sony BMG).

In 2004 Grammy winner Kevin Max of dc Talk fame signed with Northern Records and released The Imposter (2005), breaking his ties with long time label Forefront Records. He has since moved back to Nashville and signed with a new record label.
