Northern Norway Regional Health Authority (Norwegian: Helse Nord) is the smallest of the four Regional Health Authorities in Norway. It covers the counties of Finnmark, Nordland and Troms. The authority owns six health trusts that operate the hospitals as well as Southern and Eastern Norway Pharmaceutical Trust that operates nineteen pharmacies.
The health trusts owned are Finnmark Health Trust, Northern Norway University Hospital, Nordland Health Trust, Helgeland Health Trust as well as the pharmaceutical trust.
