"Northern Downpour" is the the third single from Panic at the Disco's second album, Pretty. Odd.[1] Ryan Ross sings with Brendon Urie in the song, and also composed the song himself. The band are due to start shooting the video for the single in early July 2008. Lyrically, the song is about the thrill one gets while driving fast cars.
