[edit] Athletics

The Northern Burlington County Regional High School Greyhounds compete in the Liberty Division of the Burlington County Scholastic League (BCSL), sports association under the jurisdiction of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA). The league consists of nineteen public and parochial high schools covering Burlington County, Mercer County and Ocean County in central New Jersey. The school used to compete in the smaller groups (I and II), but since the population has expanded in the past twenty-five years, it competes in the Group III category. The school's mascot is the Greyhound; colors: Blue and silver-gray, maroon, purple, yellow, and peach.

In 2003, the girls basketball team won the South, Group II state sectional championship with a 39-34 win against Haddonfield Memorial High School in the tournament final, the team's first-ever sectional title.[3][4][5]
