The PIHA's Northeast Division was formed in 2007 as part of the Eastern Conference in a league realignment.

  • The Northeast Division is formed as a result of PIHA realignment.
  • The New Jersey Minutemen (formerly Morristown Minutemen), and Philadelphia Growl come from the Eastern Conference.
  • The Boston Roller Rats, Connecticut Blaze, Hartford Fire Ants, Massachusetts Bombers, and New Jersey Grizzlies were added as expansion teams.
