North Sheen railway station is in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, in south London, and is in Travelcard Zone 3. North Sheen railway station was opened by the Southern Railway in 1930 and the stationis 14 km (9 km ) south west of London Waterloo. It is not located near Sheen but on the eastern edge of the town of Richmond upon Thames. The station and all trains serving it are operated by South West Trains.

- 4 run direct via Clapham Junction
- 2 run via Richmond, Kingston and Wimbledon
- 2 run via Richmond and Hounslow
The station serves the east side of Richmond Town and Richmond Hill in between Mortlake (which serves Sheen) and Richmond stations on the South West Trains rail service.
