North Sheen railway station is in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, in south London, and is in Travelcard Zone 3. North Sheen railway station was opened by the Southern Railway in 1930 and the stationis 14 km (9 km ) south west of London Waterloo. It is not located near Sheen but on the eastern edge of the town of Richmond upon Thames. The station and all trains serving it are operated by South West Trains.
