North Pastoral Region

The North Pastoral Region is one of the five pastoral regions of the Archdiocese of Boston in the Roman Catholic Church. It covers the southern portion of Essex County in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. The current regional auxiliary bishop is the Most Rev. Francis X. Irwin, D.D., ACSW. The region has 64 parishes, 2 high schools, many elementary schools, no hospitals, and 11 cemeteries. The region is composed of 4 Vicariates.
