North Korean parliamentary election, 1957

The elections for the second Supreme People's Assembly were held on August 27, 1957, with 215 deputies elected. Its first session took place on September 18-20, 1957. One of its declarations was "On the Immediate Tasks of the People's Power in Socialist Construction".
