North Humberside
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
North Humberside is a former postal county of England. It was established in 1974 after the local government reform and consisted of the part of Humberside north of the Humber - and historically part of Yorkshire.
It included the following post towns:
- BEVERLEY
- BRIDLINGTON
- BROUGH
- DRIFFIELD
- GOOLE
- HULL
Since 1996, the area is part of the unitary authorities of the East Riding of Yorkshire and Kingston-upon-Hull. The term North Humberside is now rarely used.
