North East Delhi

North East Delhi is an administrative district of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in India.

North East Delhi is bounded by the Yamuna River on the west, Ghaziabad District of Uttar Pradesh state to the north and east, East Delhi to the south, and North Delhi to the west across the Yamuna.

North East Delhi has a population of 1,763,712 (2001 census), and an area of 60 km², with a population density of 29,397 persons per km².

Administratively, the district is divided into three subdivisions, Seelampur, Shahdara, and Seema Puri.
