North Dalton is a village and civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 6 miles south west of the town of Driffield and 8 miles north east of the town of Pocklington. 3.8 miles to the north west lies the village of Huggate. South Dalton actually lies some 4.5 miles to the south east, with several villages in between. The village itself lies on the B1246 road.
According to the 2001 UK census, North Dalton parish had a population of 315.[1]
