- Camas Prairie RailNet (now Great Northwest Railroad, owned by Watco Companies)
- Georgia and Florida RailNet (purchased by OmniTRAX, April 1, 2005)
- Illinois RailNet (purchased by OmniTRAX, April 1, 2005)
- Mississippi and Tennessee RailNet (now Mississippi Tennessee Railroad, owned by Mississippi Tennessee Holdings)
- Nebraska, Kansas and Colorado RailNet (purchased by OmniTRAX, April 1, 2005)
