NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program that honors 99 great workplaces for top performing employees in Northeast Ohio. The program has recognized over 300 organizations since 1999. Hosted by ERC, the NorthCoast 99 program is based on the premise that in order to be successful, an organization must be able to attract, motivate, and retain top performing employees.
The NorthCoast 99 application addresses multiple areas, including: Benefits, Communication, Community Service, Compensation, Diversity, Recruiting & Retention, Training & Development, and Workplace Health & Safety. The application form is approximately 120 questions long and is completed online.
NorthCoast 99 applicants receive a detailed report of how their organization compares to the average of winning organizations. There is no published list of non-winning organizations.
