Nortel Proactive Voice Quality Management (PVQM) in computer networking is a tool used to manage VoIP networks designed by Nortel that guantrees network functionallity to ensure the quality of IP telephony deployments.
PVQM continuously and passively measures the user quality of experience (QoE) for all IP Telephony communications through the network with system health checks and provides troubleshooting and resolution of any performance degradation or fault management functions.[1]
