Norpipe

Norpipe AS is the undersea natural gas pipeline distribution system from the Norwegian Ekofisk oil field in the North Sea.
A 350km, 34inch diameter pipeline runs into the ConocoPhillips Teeside Terminal, UK. This line also acts as a gathering system for other fields.
A 440 kilometers long pipeline runs to a receiving terminal at Emden in Germany. The diameter of pipeline is 36 inches. The pipeline was commissioned on 1977 and the start-up investment was 26.4 billion NOK. The pipeline is operated by Gassco.
