The Noronha Elaenia (Elaenia ridleyana) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is endemic to Fernando de Noronha, Brazil. It was formerly considered a subspecies of the Large Elaenia. Its natural habitats are tropical dry shrubland and rural gardens. It is threatened by habitat loss.
