- Norma Ray (legal name Sylvie N'Doumbé) is a French singer born March 21, 1960. She is married to Cameroon soccer star François N'Doumbé.
- In Disney's animated television series Darkwing Duck, the Norma Ray is a device created for S.H.U.S.H. by Dr. Sarah Bellum that bombards the brain with "norma particles", giving whatever individual is touched by its beam a variety of psychic powers.
