Norma Bassett Hall (1889-1957), born in 1889[1] in Halsey, Oregon, was an American printmaker. She was a woodblock printmaker and often depicted landscapes and outdoor scenes.

She lived much of her life in Kansas and New Mexico.[2] She married Arthur Hall.
