Norm Carr is a former rugby league player.

Carr's three game sojourn in the Maroon jumper began off the bench in 1980, but didn;t played as he wasn't called upon by coach John McDonald. He actually played in 1981. He was elevated to the starting XII for the second and third games of the 1982 series. Carr played at prop forward as Queensland wrapped up the series with victories.
Carr played for Brisbane Wests in the QRL State League.
