Norihiro Inoue (井上 倫宏 Inoue Norihiro?, born March 7, 1958 in Kanagawa Prefecture) is an actor and seiyū.

He graduated from Hosei University in 1982, and soon after in 1985, began acting in numerous TV dramas, TV anime series, and stage plays.
