Nordic Valley

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nordic Valley is the former name of a small local ski area in the Ogden Valley near Eden, Utah now owned by the nearby Wolf Creek Resort and was renamed Wolf Mountain in June 2005. With only two chair lifts and a magic carpet, Wolf Mountain boasts some of the lowest ticket prices in the United States. Before being bought out by the nearby golf resort Wolf Creek, a season pass there would have cost you a wopping $75.00. The new owner, Wolf Creek, put in a state of the art snowmaking system in the summer of 2006. This new addition has drastically improved the reliabilaty of the resort's snow.
