Norbert Phillip (born 12 June 1948 in Dominica) is a former cricketer. He played nine Tests and one One Day International for the West Indies. He also turned out for the Combined Islands, playing 31 first-class matches for them as an all-rounder; he never hit a century for the Combined Islands (though he had a highest score of 99), but with 106 wickets he was the second-highest wicket taker for the team, one behind Andy Roberts.
