Nora Slawik (b. 1963)is a U.S. politician. Currently serves as a Representative in the Minnesota House of Representatives.

Slawik is from Maplewood Minnesota and is a Lecturer at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. She teaches Early Childhood and Public Policy.
[edit] Political Career
Slawik represents district 55B, which includes the City of Oakdale and south Maplewood. She is in her fifth term and is the Chair of the Early Childhood Learning Finance Division. She also serves on Finance, E-12 Policy Committee, Health and Human Services Finance Committee and the Education and Economic Competetiveness Finance Committee.
