Purpose of use	The image serves to display the flags which identify each neighborhood, and to show how they relate with the main Nordelta flag, and with each other, due to the presence of the sun in all of them.

Other information	It does not stop Nordelta, nor any of its neighborhoods specefically, from growing and developing, nor holds any type of negative effect on it. It is not used as a personal attack to Nordelta, nor to attack any specefic neighborhood. It is used only for informative means and to identify each neighborhood.
