Nollie (skateboarding trick)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A nollie is an ollie performed using the nose, or front of the skateboard. An ollie is done with the tail, or back of the board. It is similar to a switch ollie riding backwards. A nollie is done by:

  1. Riding forwards
  2. Placing your front foot on the nose and your back foot slightly behind the middle of the board (back foot location may vary by preference)
  3. Applying pressure to the nose so it smacks against the ground
  4. Sliding your back foot up the board in the opposite direction of the way you are riding
  5. Leveling out
  6. Bending your knees to absorb the landing and riding away.
