Noli (Italian, pronounced [ˈnoli]; Ligurian Nöi [ˈnøːi]) is a coast commune of Liguria, Italy, in the Province of Savona, it is about 50 km (36 miles) SW of Genoa by rail, about 4 m (13 feet) above sea-level. It has a population of 2,957. In 1901, it had a population of 1,985. The origin of the name may come from Neapolis.

It is a town of considerable antiquity and has an ancient church of S. Paragorio, once the cathedral, a Romanesque basilica dating from the 11th century with interesting works of art. The diocese has been united with that of Savona as the Diocese of Savona-Noli.
