Nolan Smith (born July 25, 1988), is a freshman guard for the Duke Blue Devils men's basketball team. Before coming to Duke, Nolan played for Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, Virginia. At Oak Hill, he played alongside of the sensational freshman of the Kansas State Wildcats, Michael Beasley. His career high at Duke is 21 points in a loss at Wake Forest University.
Smith is the son of Derek Smith, a former forward of NBA and Louisville University fame.
