[edit] Ok stop
stop adding that stuff to the Captian AMerica article, there is no proof of that and Bendis even said that that was Cap who died and not a skrull. Please stop or someone WILL block you.Phoenix741 16:59, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
Please do not threaten me.
I can't threaten you, I have no power in order to threaten you with. This is more like a fact, ,trust me I have seen it happen before.Phoenix741 17:06, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
It is stated as a theory not as a fact. Take a note of the skrull that impersonated Elektra and was just killed. There is current discussion that Tony Stark's intention for the registration was to weed out impersonating skrulls.
Bendis him self said that Cap was not a skrull, that he is dead and staying dead, and besides you have no proof for your theory.Phoenix741 17:25, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

Your edits to Captain America
Please do not add your own personal theories to Wikipedia. It is not a place for original research, nor a blog for your personal opinions. It is for hard, referenced facts. So unless Brian Bendis, Tom Brevoort, Joe Quesada or Dan Buckley make an official announcement, or it is actually shown in a story, your ideas about Captain America being a skrull don't belong in the Captain America article. --Pc13 18:20, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] July 2007
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Captain America. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. - You have been blocked due to excessive reverting. Your block will expire in 24 hours, please use the talk page to find consensus and abstain from edit warring upon your return. Signaturebrendel 07:37, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
Why is it not appropiate to add in the Capt. America page the list of theories for the next Capt. America? Is it acceptable to begin a page that lists the current list of who could/pose as Capt. America? Would this be more acceptable?Nohbohdhy 17:36, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
- No, it wouldn't. Those are your theories. They can't be your theories. That's original research and it's forbidden in Wikipedia. In any case, there's nothing to suggest there's someone posing as Captain America. The official story is that Captain America is dead. Wikipedia deals with what it is or was, not what it might be or will be. --Pc13 07:31, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
Please note that I was not intending to post as a personal blog. May freedom ring. Nohbohdhy 12:18, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
- You still don't get it. Wikipedia is a place for facts, not theories, if you had hard evidence to prove that Cap my be a skrull, besides what people say on message boards, then post it. but even in this case, Bendis said him self that cap was not a skrull, so your theories are well wrong, compleatly wrong and well they don't belong on wikipedia.Phoenix741 13:50, 26 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Bad links
First off, I'm re-adding the stuff you blanked because that can be considered vandalism. I've seen people get in trouble for blanking their talk pages, so please don't do it again.
But the real reason I came to your talk page was because of your recent edits to the Exiles (Marvel Comics) page. I know you were trying to help the article, but most of your edits have been reverted because of the links you added. It's considered normal to link to an article the first time they are mentioned in an article and not really link to them again. If you add a second or third link to the same page no one really cares, but having a link every time (which is what you were doing) is wrong and annoying. Also, if you're adding a link make sure it leads to what you want it to lead to. Use the "Show preview" button at the bottom of the edit screen and check, because most of the links you added went to pages other than what you probably intended them for. Just letting you know so that you don't accidentally piss off the wrong person and get in trouble. Have fun editing!! -Freak104 (talk) 07:07, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] A so desu ne
Oh I see. I first moved the section of the Tallus and the Timebroker first because they were pivotal plot tools. I kept checking the talk page on my page and the Exiles page but there had been no comments to help. I wanted to try to help the page because the story synopsis feels kind of brutal. Is there a better way for this page to be laid out? Why does it matter about my own talk page?Nohbohdhy (talk) 14:54, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
Oh forget about it. I'll leave editing up to people who have more time. I'm sorry to the Exile fans. I hope you all have a happy new year. Nohbohdhy (talk) 15:03, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
- Your own talk page doesn't matter so much, but I once got in trouble for doing the same thing you did. I agree with you, but I was just trying to warn you so someone who did actually care didn't get you in trouble.
- Moving the sections was fine, but at the same time you added wrong and unnecessary links. It was easier to revert the whole thing and tell you about the mistake and hope you only moved the sections next time. Feel free to move the sections and make edits that you feel are necessary, but adding links hurts the article, especially since most of the links you add don't actually lead to a page about a comic book character. I'm on your side, I want you to edit (I didn't post here before because I haven't been online in a long time); I'm just trying to help you understand what you did wrong so that your edits are helpful. Please continue to make edits, but please don't add anymore links unless you're absolutely certain the link leads to the correct page. I'm not mad at you, I'm trying to help. Let me know if you have questions because I might not have explained things well. -Freak104 (talk) 17:13, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
