Noel Shine and Mary Greene are a music and songwriting duo living in the Ballyvourney area in West Cork.
Their debut album, The Land You Love the Best, was released in 1993 and was called one of the top three folk albums of the year by the Irish Times and is still selling consistently.
Their second album (Unspoken Lines) was released in 2001 and featured the song Dress of Green which was one of the top ten most requested songs on Mike Harding's BBC 2 radio folk music programme.
Mary's first solo album was released on 29 September 2006, and has received very favourable reviews and plenty of radio play.
