Noel Palmer was an Irish soccer player during the 1940s and 1950s in the League of Ireland.
Palmer won junior and youth caps for Ireland during his time at Johnville & St Patricks Athletic before joining Bohemians and making his debut for Bohs towards the end of the 1948/49 season. He played in all 3 Inter City Cup games that season for Bohs as they reached the semi final before losing in a replay to Dundalk. He began the following season as a regular but lost his place. He signed for Dundalk in time for the beginning of the 1951/52 season.
