Career highlights

Noel Carter is a former Australian rules football player who played in the VFL between 1973 and 1977 for the Richmond Football Club. He also played in the WAFL for the South Fremantle Football Club between 1978 and 1985.

Carter captained the Bulldogs from 1979 to 1982, including leading them to the 1980 WAFL premiership. He lead the team goalkicking in the premiership year and won the club's Best and Fairest, an award he won again in 1984. He captained the Western Australian state side in 1981 and captained South Fremantle again in 1985.

He was awarded Life Membership of the South Fremantle Football Club in 1985.
