Nocatee is a planned community[1] located in St. Johns County (85%) and Duval County / Jacksonville (15%), Florida, United States.
The community has access to the St. Johns River via road. It also has access to the Intracoastal Waterway and Ponte Vedra Beach. It is a short distance from St. Augustine and Jacksonville. The community has several freeways including the future Interstate 795 and Nocatee Parkway.
