The use of this image is to document the publication history of Carpe Noctem magazine. Use of this image on the Wikipedia entry for Carpe Noctem magazine is used to illustrate the publication of the issue of the magazine in question and does feature the title of the magazine in the issue. The cover is only small fraction of the overall work and, in the context of usage on Wikipedia, is non-profit, used for scholarship and/or research, all of which are permissible under Title 17 United States Code, § 107.
