Flag templates redux

Hello again ...

Well, Template:Flag-article and Template:Flag-editor seem to be well received, as witness the populating of Category:Flagged articles and Category:Flagged editors ... WP:FLAG-BIO and the others (as well as Template:Oldprodfull) seem to be getting a lot of use. :-)
