[edit] don't create duplicate articles

Don't create a duplicate article and then redirect the old page because it destroys the edit history which is a record of other people's work. — Dunc| 23:25, 28 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Move from Capital Punishment to Death Penalty

This has already been discussed, extensively, and then voted on, [1]. Even taking out the one person who voted to keep it at Capital punishment because the move was done improperly, 5 people voted for substantive reasons to keep it at Capital punishment, and nobody voted for Death penalty.
