[edit] Nobuta o Produce?

Why was this article moved from "Nobuta wo Produce" to "Nobuta o Produce"?

To quote the edit summary: (moved Nobuta wo Produce to Nobuta o Produce: を romanized as "o" per WP:MOS-JA). Nique talk 20:09, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
I might add that "野ブタ。をプロデュース" is usually romanized as "Nobuta wo Produce", not "Nobuta o Produce" (google it). So technically the current title is incorrect. --ざくら 10:19, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
That's true in general, but according to guidelines, we must romanize it "o" not "wo" when used as a particle. The only exception to this would be if it were released in English under the Japanese name with it romanized as "wo". Nique talk 13:11, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
Actually, the other exception is that "any clearly established romanization should be given preference," which there clearly is one: "wo". Changing it to a title that is not well recognized is like hiding the information, which is the opposite of Wikipedia's goal. 150.200.40.158 (talk) 21:15, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
