No Half Steppin' is the debut album by R & B Singer Sharissa. It was released in 2001 on Motown Records. Poor album sales cause Sharissa to be dropped from the label.

The only singles released from this album were "No Half Steppin" and "Any Other Night". Videos were also made for these singles. Bryce Wilson appeared in the videos as Sharissa's love interest.
