No. 619 Squadron RAF

No. 619 Squadron RAF was a bomber squadron of the Royal Air Force during the Second World War.

It was first formed at RAF Woodhall Spa in Lincolnshire in August 1943, equipped with Lancaster III bombers, as part of 5 Group in Bomber Command. (It also briefly flew Lancaster I bombers in the first month of operation)

It operated out of various Lincolnshire stations, before being disbanded at Woodhall Spa in July 1945.
