[edit] Spoiler warning?
Does this site need a spoiler warning? It goes straight into the plot. David Duchovny 06:34, 10 March 2006 (UTC)
- The musicals' project consensus was that if the musical is finished with its original run, no spoiler warning is necessary. -- Ssilvers 19:54, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Copied?
If I'm reading this right, the bulk of this article is copied word for word from another site (whose reference is at the bottom of the page). I don't have time to check this now, but if that's true, we should simply link to the original without the wholesale copying. The article needs editing! -Phoenixrod 09:08, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Is this an English Musical?
Although the London production was before that on Broadway, Mandel, Harbach, Caesar and Youmans were all Americans. Furthermore I have found a reference in Kurt Gänzl's "The Musical - A Concise History" to a production at the Harris Theatre Chicago in May 1924 of an earlier, unsuccessful version of the work. - I'd say if it was written by Americans, it's an American musical. --AMK1211 04:23, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Please add the info about the 1924 production to the article! -- Ssilvers 04:34, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
