[edit] Welcome
Hello, Nmj, and welcome to Wikipedia! I am Deepu Joseph (a.k.a. thunderboltz). Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- If you need help, post a question at the Help Desk or ask me on my talk page.
- Sign your posts on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~).
- Provide an Edit summary
- Take a look at Consensus of standards. It is always wise to read the talk page of an existing article before making major changes on it. Even then, I typically ask if anyone minds that I make a change. Very often they do! ;-)

[edit] Re: Wikify
Hi! Wikify means to format or design a page according tot he guidlines set forth in the official layout guide. You may also want to check Wikipedia:Manual of Style. Also see how I wikified the first para of the article. The same formatting is followed in all pages on wikipedia so as to maintain consistency. Hope this helps. In case you need any more help, just drop me a note. Cheers!-- thunderboltza.k.a.Deepu Joseph |TALK02:51, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] A. N. Groves
I've just done some edits to the page you created about Anthony Norris Groves. Thanks for starting the article. Try to maintain an NPOV, even if Groves is possibly one of your heros. DFH 16:06, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Not blocked
On behalf of Friday (I was answering a message at the talk page), I took the liberty of checking your block log, and you are not blocked. It's likely your IP was hit with an autoblock (someone committing vandalism may have used the same IP you use); e-mail me at radiokirk(at)fastmail(dot)fm with your IP and I'll see what I can do. In the future, though, please remember to assume good faith from your fellow editors. Thanks. :) RadioKirk (u|t|c) 19:03, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
- I didn't unblock you, but you're welcome. Friday may have taken care of an IP block; if so, feel free to send a thank you to Friday. :) RadioKirk (u|t|c) 17:58, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image deleted!!
You have deleted pc john.jpg from the article P.C. John. I have already provided the image license.
This image is now in the public domain because its term of copyright has expired in India. According to Indian Copyright Law, all photographs enter the public domain after sixty years counted from the beginning of the following calendar year (as of 2008, prior to 1948-01-01) after they were first published. |
What more information do you need. --Nmj 02:00, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
- It's missing any sign of source information. Where did the image come from? Who created it? When and where was it first published? --Carnildo 05:40, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
