I am a TV and radio producer in Australia, currently a Religious Affairs journalist with interests in News and Current Affairs, religion, theology, social trends and changes, culture and the arts - particularly music. My tertiary studies were in philosophy, theology, music, history, psychology, sociology and languages. Besides constant reading, I do a fair bit of sacred music (both singing and directing) in my leisure time. I also like travel - having spent a year living in Eastern Europe and having gotten to a fair few places around the globe. I try to make sure humour is part of life- not least because a lot of what I read, report on and analyse could drive me crazy if I didn't laugh. Gardening is good too-I like that bit in Robert Graves' book "I Claudius" where Caesar Augustus allegedly remarks that gardening keeps him calm.
