Niyazi Sayın (approximately "nea-yah-zea suh-yewn", IPA: [nijaːˈzi sʌˈjɯn]) or Niyazi Sayin in the West (born 1927) is a Turkish ney flautist and music educator. For a long time, he has performed duets with tanbur lute player Necdet Yaşar. He is regarded as the most important[who?] ney player in Turkish classical music.

In 1927, Niyazi Sayın was born in Istanbul, Turkey.
He continues a musical tradition begun by Tanburi Cemil Bey and has been the pupil of Halil Dikmen.
In addition to his flute career, he is also a ebru paper marbling maker, and a photographer.
