Nitti (producer)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nitti (Born Chadron Moore) is an American producer signed to So So Def who has been active since 2000. He is best known for producing Yung Joc's massive hit single It's Goin' Down. It is a misconception that Nitti also produced I Know You See It. Yung Joc produced it himself.
He has a unique production style featuring high tempo beats, also he is well known for almost every song he has produced begins with a phrase "Its a Nitti Beat" and original beats. Pricing for a Nitti beat starts at $12,500 for artists on indie labels and $50,000 for artists on major labels[citation needed]. He is going to release his debut album, tentatively titled Ghettoville, U.S.A. through a record deal with Warner Bros. It is expected to feature 8Ball & MJG, Nelly, Bow Wow and Big Gipp. Nitti compares it to Dr. Dre's The Chronic as far as musical advancement.

[edit] Production Signatures
Most of Nitti's productions typically start with some form of him saying "It's a Nitti beat!" and slightly more monologue before the song lyrics start. Nitti's sound is primarily sample free, relying heavily on synthesized sounds. He has worked primarily with southern rap artists throughout his career and is credited with helping popularize "snap music" production with Yung Joc's "It's Goin' Down".
