The Nith River is a river in Waterloo Region in southwestern Ontario, Canada. The Nith River empties into the Grand River at the town of Paris. Located in the County of Brant

The Nith River is flat water, with a few riffles, but rain can significantly increase the flow rate. The secluded banks, mostly formed of farm fields, are a popular spot for summertime party goers. This river was named after the River Nith in Scotland.

The Millbank River is a tributary of this river.
