[edit] Storylines
Nita arrived in 2001. For most of her stay she was a love interest for Robbie Jackson and she also had a son, Anish. When she arrived she was a single mother and a widow after her first husband's death. She got a job as an assistant at the Minute Mart and became involved in the community theatre, which is where she met Robbie. In 2003 Nita got an offer from her family in India to return there, and they would support her and Anish. In February 2003 Nita, Robbie and Anish left for India. This was Anish and Nita's last appearance to date.
