Nishimera, Miyazaki

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nishimera (西米良村 Nishimera-son?) is a village located in Koyu District, Miyazaki, Japan.

As of 2005, the village has an estimated population of 1,298 and the density of 4.78 persons per km². The total area is 271.56 km².

Nishimera is made up of the hamlets of Murasho, Ogawa, Koshino, Yokono, Takehara, Kanmera, and Itaya.

The main village of Nishimera is called Murasho and consists of 639 (I think) and has a total of one traffic light. However such isolation is balanced by the beautiful mountains which surround the village and the picturesque river which runs through it.
