[edit] Gaussian process
Added cleanup tag: this article does not give someone in the field an adequate overview of what a Gaussian process is, and goes off on a tangent involving undefined math. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ninjagecko (talk • contribs)
- Perhaps it could be made accessible to a somewhat broader audience, but where does it go off on a tangent or get into "undefined math"? It gives the definition and a simple characterization, and then it lists examples, with links. Michael Hardy 21:02, 4 December 2006 (UTC)

- I mean no offense; I chose bad wording. Specifically I was saying that there was no reference to "the index set T" before it was suddenly brought up; now I realize that it had in fact been brought up before in the first sentence far away. Consequently I have no basis for saying this article needs cleanup, and I'm removing it after making a few modifications. An example however would be a big plus
[edit] Rennet
I deleted your contribute about mad-cow disease. Sorry - this is your opinion - not based on any truth. See the opinion of the EC regarding risks from rennet. Would you try to write this about hamburgers from MAC DONALDS? The beef there is a mixture of 1000-s of cows too. If you personally prefer rennet produced from mucors - please do it - but also please leave objective information as objective information (Wolfgang 13:29, 2 May 2007 (UTC))
[edit] About using inversion operator for the travelling salesman problem
In every generation there is random variation (by inversion) and selection of the shortest tours. The guidance is that the limit of acceptance is slowly lowered. There is no original research in this case. The research (the algorithm) has already been given by Goldberg.--Kjells 09:13, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
