Ning Sui an officer of the Kingdom of Shu during the Three Kingdoms Period of China. Ning Sui served as the Adjutant General of Jiang Wei. Ning Sui at many times advised Jiang Wei how to proceed at given circumstances. Ning Sui later advised Jiang Wei if cornered, to have his path of retreat to be cut off by Zhuge Xu. The Shu army successfully attacked Yong Province due to this fact.
