Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Taman Pasir Putih(SMKTPP), was started to build on 23th March 2000 by Pelangi Wira(M) Sdn.Bhd. contractors and was completed succesfully on 13th Jun 2001. SMKTPP had been buil on lot.no 73892, Taman Pair Putih,Mukim Plentong, Daerah Johor Bahru. SMKTPP which was completed succesfully had been started to used on 1st January 2002. Opening ceremoy was held on 7th January 2002 by Yang Berusaha Tuan Haji Zakaria Bin A. Shukor, education officer of Johor Bahru. At that year, SMKTPP was equipted about 25 teachers and number of students aproximately reaching 500 pupils.
